Car not as described. Spoke with the dealer twice regarding the car and condition. Told great condition so drove 2 hours to view the car and on arrival the rear off side door had very bad rust around door handle and inner arch the same. You would have to replace the door to sort. Inside smelt like someone had been smoking 60 a day in there. Car priced (over £11000)as A1 condition. Please make sure you look very close before you buy.

Hi, As a trusted car dealership with over 100 cars in stock and each car being sold with a 6 month warranty. We prep all our cars to the best of standards. All cars are valeted prior to advertising. The car did not have any rust on the inner arch and also on the door handle. We take over 70 pictures per vehicle and any damage or defects are shown in the pictures. You decided to leave a negative review because we refused to give a discount of £500. You threatened to give us a bad review if we did not give you a discount. I apologise if you had a bad experience but as a dealership we do not tolerate blackmail or harassment.

Rang Autobarn on Sunday arranged a viewing for 11am, travelled an hour arrived 10 mins early and waited ! Call made at 11.10 guy stated 10 mins away, by 11.30 still no show so left. Tuesday received apologetic call from male stating he was owner and had been on holiday was sorry for my experience,ask me to remove negative review, which i did. I gave them another chance and travelled the 2 hr round trip to view the car again, with assurances that he would deal with me personally. Arrived to find a very disinterested young man who handed me the keys and left me to it. Found that car had a judder when idling and was fed the excuse that it was because it low on fuel and it was an issue with Jags. As I was leaving the " owner" rang again stated again the judder was down to low fuel. I'm sorry, if I had a customer who had had a poor experience I would make sure the car was spot on ! The owner then tried to get me to leave a deposit, WHAT !!! for a car that was running properly. My opinion stay well clear.

Hi, You have mistaken us for another company named Autobarn. We would not leave a customer unattended alone on site and there is always 2 staff members on site at any given time

The guys at AutoBarn Motor Company were exceptionally helpful and had a huge range of vehicles for sale compared to other establishments I have used them many times in the past and can't fault their service and approachability. Very pleased

Not good experience. I have texted twice and sent an enquiry about this car. But heard nothing back at all. Was hoping to view this car tomorrow if still available. But won t bother if can t even answer messages or emails 🤷‍♀️

Great team here at this dealership, got me in and out very smooth. Kash upgraded me to a 12 month platinum warranty on my jaguar free of charge, and sorted my finance out on site, very hassle free process, great bunch of lads and would deffo recommend to friends and family

Great Service and communications I posted a query on their website about a car I was interested in, received a very quick and informative response. Short story, the car was purchased in a day, their staff delivered. Quick, polite and friendly from start to finish , two days in and still happy with the car.
